Embrace Orthodontics is at 5657 Spring Garden Rd, Suite 402, located above Park Lane Mall on Spring Garden Road in central Halifax. Park in the Park Lane Parkade and you are steps from our door.
Right in the middle of Spring Garden Road
Our office sits above Park Lane Mall on Spring Garden Road, one of the busiest and most walkable streets in Halifax. If you know the South End at all, you know Park Lane. It is a short stroll from the Public Gardens, the Halifax Central Library, Citadel Hill and the shops and cafes that line the street, and only a few minutes from the VG Hospital, the Infirmary and the IWK. We are located directly above Park Lane Mall, so it is an easy building to find.
Being this central means we are within easy reach of families right across the Halifax Regional Municipality, from Downtown and the North End to Clayton Park, Bedford, and across the bridge in Dartmouth. We are also within walking distance of several Halifax grade schools, which is one of the reasons we keep early, before-school appointment times. A child can be seen first thing in the morning and still make the school bell, and a parent can be back at their desk without losing half a day. We are a short walk from Sacred Heart School of Halifax and Citadel High, and an easy school-run stop for families at Halifax Grammar, Gorsebrook Junior High, LeMarchant-St. Thomas, Sir Charles Tupper and Oxford schools.
The whole building is designed to be easy. Parking is free and validated, the walk from the parkade is short and step-light, and every entrance is wheelchair accessible. If it is your first time, give yourself a couple of extra minutes to enjoy the walk in.

By car, by bus, or on foot
By car. The easiest approach is the Park Lane Parkade at 5550 Annandale Street. Park on level P7 or P9, take the half flight of stairs to the glass walkway, and it brings you straight into Park Lane Mall beside our office. Bring your parking ticket to the front desk and we will validate it, so your visit is easy on the wallet as well as the schedule.
By bus. Spring Garden Road is one of the best-served transit corridors in Halifax, with Halifax Transit stops within a short walk of Park Lane. If you are travelling from farther out, plan your trip with Halifax Transit, step off near the shops on Spring Garden Road, and follow the signs into the Terraces.
On foot. Park Lane has entrances on Spring Garden Road, Dresden Row and Annandale Street. From the main level, the glass elevators take you to the fourth floor, and our door is straight ahead as you step off. If you are already downtown, we are an easy walk from most of the South End.

The Park Lane Parkade connects straight into Park Lane Mall through a glass walkway, so you barely step outside. Our office is right there as you come through, on the fourth floor, and the front desk will validate your parking ticket while you settle in.
